Lights, Camera, & Freezing Temps

Today was a beautiful bluebird day. Hardly any clouds to keep Edwards warm, it was -8° F (-22°C) at 8am this morning. It was a great day to take photos, so that is what we did.

Beau Handley is a good friend, phenomenal skier & great photographer. We took some shots at Berry Creek to help me start creating some portfolio pictures. The view was amazing and we all froze our bums off! Beau you are a trooper, sorry about the frostbitten fingers.

Today I took a day off training and napped instead. I am very good at napping, in fact sleep is one of my passions. I am going to run the Beaver Creek Snowshoe Race on Sunday and feel like my legs needed a rest. My fingers are crossed that tomorrow and Sunday are a little warmer.
